Cornwall has invested in workspace and development sites across the region, providing the infrastructure and proximity for businesses to grow, connect and collaborate.
Cornwall has five dedicated enterprise zones – Aerohub at Newquay Airport for aerospace and space, the Marine Enterprise Hub at Hayle and Tolvaddon for marine technology and renewables, Falmouth Docks for renewables and offshore wind, and Goonhilly Enterprise Zone for deep space communications and data.

Pixel, Penzance

Three floors of workspace and studio space for creatives, on Causewayhead in Penzance with the added bonus of enviable views across the town and harbour beyond. The space includes shared studios for artists and makers of all disciplines, through to more conventional desk space in bright, modern workspaces.

The Workshed at Liskeard Cattle Market, Liskeard

Located on the former Cattle Market Site, The Workshed promotes creative and digital industries in the centre of Liskeard. Comprising individual office and workshops as well as managed co-working / hot desking, there is also a market canopy area available for events.

ESAM, St Austell

The Enterprise Space for Advanced Manufacturing (ESAM) near St Austell is a purpose-built development with 32 flexible business units dedicated to growing advanced manufacturing, engineering and low carbon environmental goods and services businesses.

Sector 2, Newquay

A flagship development at the entrance to Aerohub Business Park at Cornwall Airport Newquay, including nine high quality offices and eight light industrial units. Located within the Enterprise Zone, Sector 2 prioritises aerospace and supply chain companies.

Marine Renewables East

The Marine Renewables Business Park East, located in Tolvaddon near Pool, provides serviced development plots, ideal for large footprint manufacturing, storage and assembly. Forming part of Cornwall’s Marine Enterprise Zone, the site is designed for manufacturing, storage, assembly and supply chain uses.

Hayle Marine Renewables Business Park

Cornwall Innovation Centres

Cornwall Innovation Centres, located in Pool, Truro and Penryn, are managed by Plymouth University on behalf of Cornwall Council and include office and workspace alongside meeting and conferencing facilities.
